The Actor queries USAspending.gov for every federal agency, not only defense. tickers matches recipients to the listed company; awardTypes defaults to contracts, and an empty dateFrom means the last 30 days. Each row has award_id, awarding_agency, action_date, action_amount_usd, total_value_usd, description, naics_code and a source_url to the award on USAspending.gov, sorted by amount.
