Each name is screened against the OFAC SDN and non-SDN lists, the US Consolidated Screening List, the UK Sanctions List and the EU financial sanctions list. One row per name: match_found, match_count, best_score, the matches with the listed name, program and list, and lists_checked with the date of each list. minScore (default 85) sets how close a fuzzy match must be. A name with no match is still a result: "not listed on these lists" is the answer.
